Remi 107

Cocktails made by hand, bottled in small batches, and given to people I like.

Handcrafted in Redmond, Washington

Remi, a white British Shorthair, in ink

The story

There is not much lore. I like making cocktails. Remi is my cat.

Every bottle is one of a batch. The drink, the spirit, the proof and the number change from one to the next, so the label is written by hand each time rather than printed. What you are holding was made once, for you, and will not be made quite the same way again.

Remi is a white British Shorthair with pale blue eyes and the natural dark rim around them that makes him look like he is always slightly unimpressed. He supervises. The 107 is a private joke about proof; he has asked me not to explain it.

Nothing here is for sale.

The journal

Every drink, and why.

One entry per drink, added as they are made. The label photo is the record; the notes are the reason.

Quality control.

Every batch is tasted at the counter, stirred a little longer than necessary, and bottled once he has stopped watching.
